By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to my terms of service!⚠️ I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. ⚠️
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes. Redistribution of my artwork is strictly prohibited.
Personal use is, of course, allowed.I, as an artist and creator of my artwork, reserve the right to publish my work based on my intellectual rights and use it for self promotion.Commissions are arranged and delivered via FurAffinity notes, discord chat, BlueSky chat or YCH Commishes CMR.Reposting Rules:The client has my permission to repost the artwork but the proper credit to me must be given (one of these links or the whole link: MY SOCIALS and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.🚫 Prohibited:~ Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
~ Using my artwork for tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
~ Claiming the artwork as your own.
~ Altering my art with AI/NFTs;
~ Involving my art in underage activities, racism, transphobia, homophobia etc.Payments&Refunds:~ PayPal is preferred way of payment; I accept Ko-Fi and Boosty as well for card payments.
~ NOTE: Ko-Fi is strictly for DONATIONS, unless I specifically instruct otherwise.
~ DO NOT send the payment before I send PayPal invoice or tell you so for other payment methods, so everything can be transparent for both sides and to avoid potential misunderstandings.
~ Payment should be made within 48h;

We can continue in discord chat. I will not share my username online.Working hours:~ I try to answer messages within 24h, (sometimes 48 because of life circumstances);
~ I will most likely answer your messages on the weekends as well;
~ Please be considerate and patient. 🙏Art delivery process:~ The art is delivered roughly between 7 days up to a month (it can be sooner than that, depending on complexity). I do commissions in my own pace and I can change the order in which I do them, the deadline for delivery is universal and will be respected, therefore please do not hurry me.
~ I will send a sketch so we can make changes if needed. Once you approve the sketch, I will send you the lineart with flats. You will be included in every step of the process, and can always ask for an update. After the lineart and flats stage is done, you cannot make changes except in color. If you want changes in lineart and flat color stage (besides colors) that will be 5-15$ depending on complexity. No MAJOR changes (such as the whole pose, outfit changing etc.)
~ AFTER THE ARTWORK IS FULLY RENDERED AND FINISHED I DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF CHANGES.
~ If I cannot complete the artwork within 2 months, you will be noted and we will discuss extending delivery time/refund.
~ If I cannot complete the artwork for some reason, you will be noted and fully refunded.
~ I deliver art directly in the chat where the commission is discussed with an addition of a download link for full resolution file. NOTE: This links generally expire in 24h. Art will remain in chat however.
~ Art is delivered in PNG or JPG format. I do not share PSD files.YCH Commissions:The same rules applies as for regular commissions, with an addition of a few:
- If I have sketch, flat color and full render tiers for YCH's, for sketch there is no review stage, for flat colors and full render tiers there is.
- You can make 1 minor change from the original YCH free of charge (example face expression, minor changes...) If you want to make more then 1 change or any major change (change of outfit for example) will be charged +5-15$.Adoptables:~ You can use the character however you like as long as you tag me as the creator of it.
~ You cannot make changes directly on my artwork or reuse parts of it. You can however commission other artist or draw yourself this character with changed or improved characteristics.
~ You are allowed to resell adoptables as long as you send my social links to new owner so they can tag me as the creator when they post it.Will/Won't draw:If you are not sure what I will/will not draw, feel free to contact me so we can discuss it.I draw:

~ underage characters, rape, racist/transphobic/homophobic and any type of offensive artwork.~ The more clear the reference of a character the better the outcome will be. I cannot promise 100% accuracy.
